This article investigates the impact of employing Cubing Strategy in first semester students English Language Education Study Program while teaching writing, specifically report texts. According to authors' experience, many struggle with creating They have difficulty on how compose text. In light this issue, lecturer must employ an engaging technique and learning process help comprehend create is a creative, hands-on practice that fosters critical thinking, promotes greater grasp topic, encourages in-depth investigation it. It employs cube-shaped visual organizer encourage examine topic from multiple perspectives. On each face cube, learner writes responses questions or suggestions. Applying production text can aid gaining deeper issue through use six viewpoints are pertinent subject, enabling them produce quality mixed-methods study involving 48 first-semester language examined cubing strategy acquisition writing. The purpose was investigate students' writing skill their perceptions its implementation. statistical evidence indicated significant difference scores pre-test (M=48.75) post-test (M=70.93, alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted because p-value less than 0.05, which encapsulates improved. qualitative findings also revealed perspectives adoption technique, it discovered improved skills, motivations, development for variety such as reading vocabulary enhancement.
